Fortunately, these companies will keep on sending reminders to the purchaser regarding the deadlines and monthly dues. This is to protect their reputation because some customers can file a complaint. Although the primary owner still has the legal possession of the car, they need to protect their reputation from any dispute information whether true or not.

Meaning to say, the company can confiscate your purchase anytime they want if you cannot respond to their reminders and notifications. These manufacturers will keep on making necessary reminders regarding the payments and if you cannot respond, they would either tow your car or disable the controls using a remote. That is why, as a responsible owner, you need to follow the given conditions to avoid the possibility of losing your car.
